Match Week 2 of eISL concluded with FC Goa registering their third consecutive win after beating Odisha FC, while East Bengal FC secured their first win this season after a hard-fought clash with the Kerala Blasters. Mumbai City FC and Hyderabad FC played out a 1-1 draw in the first game, with Mumbai winning the co-op match but losing the final game 3-1, resulting in a 1-1 draw on aggregate. Warsi of Hyderabad FC was instrumental in leading his team to victory in the final game.

Day 3 of eISL match week 2 saw FC Goa take on Odisha FC in what turned out to be an eventful set of matches. The first game saw FC Goa's V-Sharma deliver an outstanding performance as he kept a clean sheet and moved ahead with a 3-0 victory over Odisha FC's Vagya7. The co-op game saw the Gaurs' duo of Aadizema and V-Sharma finding the opening goal at the 4th-minute mark. Despite some fine chances by Odisha FC's Vagya7 and Eightnates that hit the woodwork, they eventually managed to find the equalizer in the final 10 minutes of the game. The game was closely contested, but FC Goa managed to hold their guard and secure a draw. The third game featured Aadizema taking on Eightnates. The game started off well for the Gaurs as Aadizema opened the scoring in the initial minutes of the game. He added one more goal around the 30th-minute mark before heading into halftime with a comfortable two-goal cushion over Eightnates. Although Odisha FC managed to pull one goal back in the final minutes of the game, it was a little too late as FC Goa had already done the damage. With this win, the Gaurs registered their third consecutive win in the eISL this season.

The second fixture of Day 3 featured a face-off between Kerala Blasters and East Bengal FC. The opening game saw Shubham (KBFC) take on Akshat (East Bengal FC). Shubham began strong, finding the opener, but Akshat pulled the strings and managed to equalize at the 30th-minute mark. He then added one more to the scoresheet just before halftime, leading to a 3-1 victory for East Bengal FC. The Co-op game was a tightly contested affair, with both teams taking fair bouts of chances at the net. The Blasters duo of Lokmanyu06 and Shubham opened the scoring right at the 3rd minute, registering the fastest goal in the eISL so far this season. However, East Bengal managed to find the equalizer at the 33rd-minute mark. The Blasters took the lead by adding two goals before heading into the final 15 minutes of the game. East Bengal FC, however, went all guns blazing, pulling one goal back at the 87th-minute mark & netting the equalizer in ‘Fergie time’. The game concluded in a thrilling 3-3 draw. The third game witnessed a clash of veterans with Lokmanyu06 taking on East Bengal FC’s Sm_ben07. The first half concluded goalless, with both players having fair bouts of possession. Sm_ben07 managed to find the opener at the 72nd-minute mark, which was also the winning goal for East Bengal FC. The fixture ended in a 2-0 win on aggregate for East Bengal FC, ensuring their first win this season.

The third and the final fixture of Match Week 2 featured a thrilling encounter between Mumbai City FC & Hyderabad FC. The first game saw Sakky_8 face off against Jenasidfc. The game started off strongly with Jenasidfc making a sensational penalty save at the 11th minute mark. However, the first half ended goalless. Sid from Hyderabad FC opened the scoresheet at the 56th minute mark, but Sakky_8 from Mumbai City FC responded with a stunning goal just before the final 15 minutes of the game. The game ultimately ended in a draw. In the co-op game, Jenasidfc and Warsi04 from Hyderabad FC tussled against Sakky_8 and Krusher_7 from Mumbai City FC. The first half of the game ended goalless, but Mumbai City FC managed to find two goals in the second half. Hyderabad FC pulled one back at the 85th minute mark, but it was too late as the eIslanders had already inflicted the damage. The game concluded with a 2-1 victory for Mumbai City FC. The third game saw Krusher_7 from Mumbai City FC face off against Hyderabad FC's Warsi04. Warsi04 opened the scoresheet with two goals in the first half. Krusher_7 managed to pull one back at the 55th minute mark, showing signs of a comeback for Mumbai City FC. However, Warsi04 responded with more exuberance, adding one more goal to his tally to secure a 3-1 win for Hyderabad FC.
